1. Your choices
Memory on Repeat uses essential site technologies and gives you equal, plain-language choices for optional functional storage and analytics. You can update your settings whenever you want through . Rejecting optional choices does not block access to the public site or intake form.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
We use necessary technologies to maintain secure team sessions after an approved email-link sign-in, support secure Stripe Checkout, and remember your privacy choices. The private Order Desk session cookie is named mor_team_session; it is available only after team sign-in, is HTTP-only, is intended to last up to 12 hours, and is needed to protect the private Order Desk. Checkout may also set its own technologies under Stripe’s terms. These necessary functions cannot be disabled through this page.
3. Functional storage
If you allow functional storage and select Save & continue later, the intake form stores the unfinished draft in this browser under the key memory-on-repeat.intake-draft.v1. It is not sent to Memory on Repeat until you submit the form. The draft stays until you submit it, clear browser storage, or withdraw functional storage and clear it. The privacy-choice record itself is stored under memory-on-repeat.privacy-choices.v1 so the site can remember what you selected.
4. Optional analytics
If you permit analytics, the site loads the configured Umami web-analytics script. It is used to measure site visits and performance. We do not load it before your opt-in, and we remove the script when you withdraw that choice. The offer page’s anonymous campaign-count endpoint also remains off unless analytics is enabled. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting systems, or social-media tracking pixels on the public site.
5. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, we keep optional analytics and advertising disabled. Essential technologies remain available because they are required for security, secure payment, and the basic operation of the service.
6. Third-party technologies
Stripe provides hosted payment Checkout and may place its own technologies when you visit that secure payment experience. Technology providers involved in private song creation and email delivery operate under their own privacy terms. This Cookie Policy describes browser technologies controlled by Memory on Repeat, not all practices of third-party sites.
